How do I choose the right size for helmets and jackets?
We provide detailed size charts for each product category on the individual product pages. For helmets, measure the circumference of your head about 1 inch above your eyebrows. For jackets and pants, refer to your standard clothing size and check the specific garment measurements. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort with base layers or armor. Ordering, Payment & Accounts
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer secure checkout with major payment options: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store your full payment details on our servers.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We aim to process orders quickly to get your gear to you fast. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We can only make changes if your order hasn’t yet entered the packing stage (typically within a few hours of ordering).
Shipping & Delivery
Where does RideIcon Shop ship, and what are the delivery options?
We ship worldwide to riders across the globe, excluding a few remote or restricted areas. From our HQ in Manchester, US, we offer two rider-focused shipping routes:
- Express Option (Standard Shipping): $12.95 USD via DHL or FedEx. Door-to-door tracking. Transit: 10-15 business days after dispatch. Ideal for riders who want a balance of speed and reliability.
- Economy & Free Shipping: FREE on all orders over $50 USD via EMS. Transit: 15-25 business days after dispatch. Perfect for planned upgrades or seasonal shopping. Orders under $50 incur a calculated shipping fee at checkout.
All orders are kitted and checked within 1-2 business days before dispatch.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships from our HQ, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. Click this link to follow your gear’s journey right to your doorstep. If you have an account, you can also view tracking information in your order history. For any issues with tracking, contact our support team.
Are there any extra costs for international orders?
Our displayed prices cover the product and shipping cost only. For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees are the responsibility of the recipient, as determined by your local authorities. These are not collected or controlled by RideIcon Shop. We recommend checking with your local customs office for potential charges.
Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We stand by our gear and want you to be completely satisfied. Our 15-day return policy starts from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached. Initiate a return by contacting our customer service team at [email protected]. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for return shipping. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
What if my gear arrives damaged or is faulty?
We pack every order with meticulous care. However, if your gear arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately and cover all associated shipping costs. Your satisfaction and safety are our priority.
Do you offer exchanges for size or color?
Yes. To exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item as per our return policy. Once we receive it, you can place a new order for the desired item. For a streamlined process, you may place the new order immediately and we will process the refund for the returned item upon its receipt.
