However, we understand that sometimes gear needs to be returned or exchanged. This policy is designed with the same clarity and rider-focus that defines our brand.
Our Return & Exchange Promise
We offer a straightforward, 15-day return or exchange window from the date you receive your order. Whether you’re swapping sizes in our Mens Jerseys, returning a pair of Gloves that didn’t fit, or exchanging a Bag for a different style, our process is built for efficiency.

The Return & Exchange Process: A Step-by-Step Guide
1 Initiate Your Request
Within 15 days of delivery, contact our Rider-Support team at [email protected] with your request. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary details.
2 Prepare Your Item
Ensure the item is in its original, saleable condition: unused, unwashed, with all original tags, packaging, and protective liners (for helmets). Include any free gifts received with the order.
3 Package and Ship
Securely package the item in its original box or a sturdy shipping box. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Ship your return to:

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product).
4 Inspection and Completion
Once received at our HQ, our team will inspect the item within 3-5 business days. Upon approval, we will process your refund or ship your exchange.

Refunds: Timing and Method
Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Processing Time: 5-10 business days after we receive and approve your return.
- Bank/Card Provider Timing: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Exchange Shipping: For approved exchanges, we will ship the new item via your original shipping method (Standard or Free Shipping) at no additional cost.
Important Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Your safety is paramount. Therefore, for hygiene and safety reasons, the following items from our menu are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:
Non-Returnable Products
- Helmets (Airframe Pro, Airflite, etc.): Due to strict hygiene and safety regulations, helmets can only be returned if the original internal protective liner is completely sealed and unused, and only if defective.
- Custom or Personalized Gear: Any item customized or personalized for you (e.g., specific embroidery on Jerseys or Jackets).
- Opened Intimate Apparel: Items where the hygiene seal is broken (e.g., certain base layers in Casuals or Mens categories).
- Clearance or Final Sale Items: These will be explicitly marked at the time of purchase.
Defective/Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product (e.g., faulty zipper on a Field Armor jacket, flawed stitching on Pants), contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a prepaid return and immediate replacement or refund.
International Returns
For our global riders (serving most regions worldwide), the process is the same. However, you are responsible for any return shipping costs and applicable customs duties. We recommend declaring the package as a “Returned Good” with minimal value to avoid additional taxes.
