Availability & Regional Sales: We ship globally but cannot deliver to all remote regions or certain territories in Asia. Availability is subject to stock. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products.

4. Order and Payment Terms

Placing an Order

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is confirmed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order before shipment, including for reasons of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment.
• Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues. You are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Return Window: 15 days from the delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags and protective liners attached.
• Process: Initiate a return by emailing [email protected] within the window. Include your order number and details.
• Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item).
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Bank processing may add 3-10 additional days.
